Who Are We?

Tjahjadi, Pradhono & Teramihardja (“TPT”) was formed as a result of the merger among Junarto Tjahjadi BAP Registered Public Accountant, Pradhono & Setijawati Registered Public Accountant, Fitradewata Teramihardja BAP Registered Public Accountant, Juninho Widjaja, Kristiyanto Wahyu Indriya, Meilyn Soetiono, Roy Tamara and Ong Tie Liang on July 1, 2008. Our practice is now in Jakarta and Surabaya. We provide a wide range of services, including accounting and auditing, tax reporting and compliance, tax advisory, management consulting and transaction advisory. Previously, Junarto Tjahjadi BAP Registered Public Accountant was established on March 31, 2004, an independent member firm of Morison International since December 24, 2004. Based on JSX Watch 2007 - 2008 issued by Business Indonesia, Junarto Tjahjadi BAP is ranked 11 with total clients of 7. While Fitradewata Teramihardja BAP Registered Public Accountant and Pradhono & Setijawati Registered Public Accountant was established on July 29, 2005 and July 20, 2004, respectively.

Currently, our firm has 8 partners and more than 100 professional staffs. With such strong and solid resources, the Firm has expanded its reach by serving clients from various fields, both domestic and overseas, in a wide spectrum of business activities most notably are publicly listed companies in Indonesia, prominent local group of companies and many other domestic and foreign investment companies. It is our commitment to achieve excellence in every aspect of our practice, and to become our clients’ partner of success.

TPT is an independent member firm of Morison International, a worldwide association of independent firm of professional and business advisors serving clients throughout the world. Our principal executive office is in London, United Kingdom.
